Hall Booking Terms & Conditions

Please review these terms carefully. Agreement is required before any booking is confirmed.

100% full payment is required no later than one week before the event. No booking is considered confirmed until full payment is received.

All packages are billed based on the duration selected. The Full Day package covers 6 hours; Half Day and Corporate packages cover 3 hours.

Events must start and end at the agreed times. Clients are expected to be punctual to maximise the booked duration.

Any usage beyond the agreed package duration is considered overtime and will be billed accordingly.

Overtime is charged at GHS 500 per hour or part thereof, payable before the additional time is granted.

The client is responsible for any damage to venue equipment, fixtures or property caused by them or their guests during the event.

Clients must vacate the hall within 10 minutes after the session ends to allow for turnaround and the next engagement.

Any equipment not included in the selected package must be requested and approved in advance. Additional charges may apply.

All electrical appliances must be switched off and the hall properly exited at the end of the event. The venue is not liable for items left behind.

Loitering around the premises before or after the booked session is not permitted. Access is granted only during the agreed booking window.

The client or an authorised representative must sign the booking agreement and present proof of payment before access to the hall is granted.

Pre-event access is available the day before the event, strictly for decorative setup and equipment preparation by designated team members only.
